Campground Rates 2012
As you may have guessed by now, we're not your typical campground. So sometimes we stutter when asked about rates and availability. This is a special place where we're willing to sacrifice a site rental in order to keep the ferns growing and the trees beautiful. We'd rather talk with you in order to choose the perfect site for your vacation...not have you fill out a computer form and allow a service to make the decisions about your vacation.
We know that families and camping set-ups come in every size and shape imaginable. Somewhere within these 40 oceanfront acres there's a perfect place for you...we can accommodate the very largest of RV's and the very smallest tents...and 'most everything in between. Every site has a fire ring and a picnic table...some are shady, some are sunny. Which do you prefer?
Our rates presume two adults, three children, one dog and one sleeping unit. What's a sleeping unit? A tent, a van, a trailer or a motorhome. To accommodate larger families, sometimes we can stretch this a bit on certain sites.
Check in is between 1 PM and dark. Check out is between 7 AM and 11 AM. Policy details and regulations can be found here.
Rates: Range from $24 to $81 per night per site. Cabins & Trailers from $89 to $140 per night.

Reservations and deposits
Cancellations made at least fourteen days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be refunded, less a one-night penalty. Cancellations made fewer than fourteen days in advance are non-refundable but may be re-scheduled when possible. SINGLE NIGHT RESERVATIONS ARE TOTALLY NON-REFUNDABLE. We are sorry, but we are not able to offer refunds in the event of illness, emergency, inclement weather or other circumstances that are beyond our control.
Your
site fee includes one RV or tent and two adults, 3 children under 17
years old. Each additional person will be charged a $12.00/night guest
fee. Each additional sleeping unit will be may billed at $25/night and must be previously authorized by management. Only one RV or tent will be
allowed on gold camping sites.
