Ocean Front Camping in Maine .....

• We are located in the geographical center of the Maine Coast.   All of your points of interest are less than one hour away from your base at Searsport Shores Ocean Campground.

• We accommodate groups of up to 50 RVs or tents.  Packages include recreation hall facilities, lobster/barbecue pits, and recreational activities.

• We have a unique, separate walk-in tenting area on the ocean.  Every site is complete with a fireplace and picnic table. All sites are only minutes from the beach. We specialize in unique vacations.  We will personalize your travel itinerary and lend you books on Mid-Coast Maine.

• The grounds are a safe place for your child to ride their bike, climb in our playground, play in our all-ages rec. hall or to search the beaches for sea shells.

• Fishing, hiking or biking? Just ask our knowledgable staff.

•We offer modem, fax and word processing services if your vacation includes a little work on the road.

• With advanced planning, we will accommodate group requests for lobsterbakes, barbecues, outdoor activities, and lunchbox cruises on Penobscot Bay.

• Searsport Shores is the perfect location for your company weekends, outdoor classroom activities, and youth group outings.

• We offer special packages for weddings, honey-moon vacations, and family reunions.

On-site activities, walking trails and recreational facilities are at your disposal. When you are ready to roam, you are a short ride from Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Camden and the Islesboro Ferry. Enjoy the coast of Maine without the crowds-Congratulations, you have found a hidden jewel.
